THE FINAL FEAR
By: Nathan Gentry
The end of the semester is right around the corner, and the fears of finals are beginning to attack Texas State Students.
Students at Texas State are so busy trying to get good grades throughout the regular semester that they will not have enough time to study for the finals. That hectic schedule has created a fear in many of these students that they will fail their exams.
“My biggest concern is that I will not pass my finals this semester and that all my hard work will be for nothing,” Brandon Elliot said.
Some students have begun to plan out their finals study schedules early to ensure they are successful.
“For me it’s all about getting organized,” Justin Velasquez said. “I am making sure that I am getting all my study plans ready for my exams.”
The hardest part about getting ready for finals is that a lot of students don’t believe they have time to create a schedule. Many students, like Justin Velasquez, also have work schedule to compete with.
“My biggest hurdle is time management and that I am using every single day to get ready for my exams,” Velasquez said.
The Texas State website has already posted the final exam schedule for the spring semester. However, some Professors might have alternative schedules than seen on the Texas State website. To get your final exam schedule you can visit www.txstate.edu or speak with your professor at your earliest convenience.
