OPPOSITION

I have been interested in how people can have an effect on the world we live in, and at the same time how the world we live in can affect the people. While construction and pollution can cause harm to nature, flooding and drought can be just as harmful to human-kind, but the infliction between the two is not always negative. Humans can play positive roles in by contributing to nature. Whereas, the same can also be said about natures role on human lives. The photographs in this project are created by multi-exposed images. I combine black and white images with color to show the interference between humans and the world we live on. The photos are not only created to highlight the negative destruction of landscapes but also the positive advancements society is making technologically, socially, economically, etc.
