The game between Texas State vs. Pairie View was an interesting one for sure.
Texas State started off the game really strong. They were grabbing rebounds, passing the ball and making shots left and right. However, nearing the end of the first half, an offensive slump hit Texas State. Where as, Prairie View's offense began to spark. By the end of the first half Prairie View had over-come Texas State, leaving the them with a 29-28 lead at the break.
Texas State would come out of the break much stronger. Their defense stepped up to a whole new level, and they were blocking shots back to back; Specifically, Nedeljka Prijovic. Where Texas State made corrections defensively, Prairie View did as well. By the middle of the second half, there had been nine lead changes between both teams. Eventually, Kevin Glider-Tilbury would knock down a last second three-pointer. The three-pointer provided Texas State with the win over Prairie View with a final score of 64-57.
